The Winter Fancy Food Show is a brilliant platform for companies looking to expand their export business in the West Coast. The USA is the world’s largest consumer market with 326 million people and retail sales exceeding one trillion dollars. It has a surprisingly young population (32% are under 25) so innovation and ‘new’ products do well in the market, as do British heritage items. The country has experienced a population shift to the South and West, with the Northeast representing the smallest of the four regions.
