From award-winning tea and traditional Welsh bakery treats to wellness-led apple cider vinegar and globally inspired food brands, UK exhibitors are bringing a wealth of flavour, innovation and heritage to the Summer Fancy Food Show 2026.

Taking place at the Javits Center in New York City from 28–30 June, the Summer Fancy Food Show is the specialty food industry's premier product discovery event, bringing together thousands of buyers, distributors, retailers and foodservice professionals from across North America and beyond.

This year's UK exhibitors reflect the breadth and diversity of British food and drink, showcasing products that span premium beverages, speciality cheese, bakery, speciality foods, world cuisines and renowned Welsh produce. Together, they offer visitors the opportunity to discover both established favourites and exciting new brands making their Summer Fancy Food Show debut.

The United States remains one of the UK's most important export markets for food and drink. Recent trade data highlights continued growth in UK exports to the US, with premium tea, organic products and speciality foods performing particularly strongly as consumers seek products that combine quality, provenance and innovation.
