The UK Pavilion returns to Anuga 2025, one of the world’s largest food and drink trade shows, with a strong line-up of 75 exhibitors. With over 15 first-time companies joining an impressive roster of established names, the Pavilion will showcase the very best of British innovation, tradition, and quality across the show floors.
Organised by PS8 in partnership with the Food & Drink Exporters Association (FDEA), the UK Pavilion is the first stop for buyers, distributors, and retail partners looking for premium British products. Find UK Information Stands in Hall 10.2/F071a (Fine Foods) and Hall 10.1/G010y (Dairy) – staffed by the FDEA and PS8 teams, ready to guide visitors to relevant suppliers and help you source more iconic British brands.


New Exhibitors to Anuga
Over 15 UK companies are making their Anuga debut. Highlights include Novo Nutrition Hall 10.2/E066 (Fine Foods) with its growing range of high-protein snacks, United Food Brands Hall 10.2/E064 (Fine Foods) launching an influencer-led coffee brand, and Jersey Dairy Hall 10.1/G016 (Dairy) with premium long-life milks and ice cream mixes.
Joining them are Nourish Hall 10.2/E060a (Fine Foods), who take the guesswork out of healthy eating by crafting delicious, nutrient-rich snacks; Buckingham Cakes Hall 10.2/E062a (Fine Foods) with a range of English fruit cakes beautifully packaged for gift appeal; and Around Noon Hall 10.2/E060a (Fine Foods), showcasing fresh food-to-go solutions.  They are joined by many more newcomers across all halls, adding fresh innovation and variety to the UK line-up.


Fine Foods (Hall 10.2)
With more than 45 UK exhibitors, Fine Foods is the largest of the UK pavilions at Anuga, reflecting the breadth of British exports from everyday essentials to premium delicacies. Visitors can discover everything from sauces, seasonings and world foods to indulgent confectionery and functional snacks. The hall also has strong representation from UK consolidators, offering thousands of iconic British brands to buyers worldwide.

Exhibitors include Premier Foods G061 with iconic household brands like Sharwood’s and Fuel 10K, The Skinny Food Co G067 with low-sugar, low-calorie functional products, and Potts’ E066a with cooking sauces, stocks, gravies, dressings, and more.
Cornish Sea Salt F065a brings hand-harvested, mineral-rich sea salt packed with flavour, while Pimlico Brands F063a provides a selection of confectionery, including vegan, halal, and vegetarian gummy sweets, freeze-dried fruits, and chocolate. Natco Foods E070 offers lentils, spices & herbs, grains, oils, and much more.
This hall also features many returning Anuga exhibitors: Whittard of Chelsea E060b with premium teas, coffees, and hot chocolate; Willie’s Cacao E062 with craft ‘bean-to-bar’ chocolate made from the world’s finest single estate cacaos; Walker’s Nonsuch Toffees E050 with classic twist-wrapped toffees; and The Tracklement Company Ltd F061a with award-winning chutneys and sauces.
Cymru Wales (Welsh Government) G051 will showcase South Caernarfon Creameries, What’s Cooking?, and Mornflake Mighty Oats, demonstrating the strength of Welsh dairy, prepared meals, and grains on the global stage.

Dairy (Hall 10.1)

UK dairy is globally recognised for its quality and variety. Visitors can explore Cathedral City (Saputo Dairy UK) G010, the UK’s No.1 cheddar; Snowdonia Cheese Company F011a, makers of handcrafted wax-sealed cheeses; and Wensleydale Creamery G014, home of the famous crumbly Yorkshire Wensleydale.
Long Clawson Dairy G018a is renowned for its award-winning Blue Stilton® with accolades for Shropshire Blue, while Coombe Castle International G018 brings over 45 years’ experience of exporting British and Irish dairy products across the world. Isle of Man Creamery F011 produces grass-fed cheddars and British territorial cheeses, and Somerdale International G010a supplies British cheeses to over 40 markets. Prima Cheese F017 delivers versatile dairy solutions for foodservice.
Eatlean Protein G016a continues to innovate with a wide range of high-protein, lower-fat dairy solutions, while The Fine Cheese Co. F017a champions artisan British cheeses sourced from independent producers. AHDB Exports – Dairy F019 supports English, Welsh, and Scottish dairy farmers, helping to enhance the profitability and sustainability of the UK dairy sector.


Frozen, Meat & Organic
UK innovation runs across frozen, meat, and organic categories. Little Moons Hall 4.1/D040 (Frozen) brings Europe’s leading mochi ice cream, combining creamy artisan gelato with soft, chewy mochi dough for bite-sized indulgence. Butterfly Poultry Hall 9.1/C009 (Meat & Poultry) is a trusted global supplier of chilled and frozen poultry and meat, renowned for quality products and expertise in international export markets. In organic innovation, Willy’s ACV Hall 5.1/ F010 (Organic) produces raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar from 300-year-old Herefordshire orchards, packed with natural goodness and bold flavour for retail and foodservice.


Drinks (Hall 8.1 & 7.1)
UK drinks innovation spans soft drinks, juices, mixers, RTDs, and premium blends. AG Barr Soft Drinks Plc Hall 8.1/D118 showcases IRN-BRU, Rubicon Exotic, Funkin Cocktails, and Boost Drinks. Folkington’s Hall 8.1/D092 produces premium fruit juices and mixers with sustainable sourcing. Blends Ltd Hall 8.1/D094 works with brands like AU Vodka, PRIME, and Double Dutch to create high-quality, innovative beverages. Global Brands Hall 7.1/G008 offers heritage tonics, mixers, RTDs, and cocktails including Franklin & Sons, VK, and Gather Gourmet Cocktails.


Hot Beverages (Hall 8.1)
UK tea expertise is renowned worldwide, from heritage blends to single-origin excellence. Ahmad Tea C079 crafts award-winning teas, tasting every batch up to seven times to ensure perfect flavour. Gold Crown Foods (EPZ) Ltd B076 offers premium Kenyan teas, packed at source for freshness and bursting with rich aroma. Birchall Tea B078 specialises in single-origin and blended black teas, served across the UK, with all products 100% carbon neutral and packed in the UK’s first solar-powered tea factory.
