One of our favourite shows on the calendar, Summer Fancy Food, opens its doors next month.  The New York based trade show is America's leading exhibition for the gourmet food industry.

The show takes place 25-27 June in the Javits Convention Centre and attracts leading buyers from the US looking for speciality products to add to their portfolios.  The UK Pavilion is always a popular destination at the show for buyers looking for quality imported products.  The UK is renowned for new and innovative food trends and this year is no exception with the pavilion featuring new products such high protein sustainable pasta made from crickets by Nutribug, dairy-free coconut based yoghurt from The Coconut Collaborative and popped lotus seeds from Rooted Food to name a few.
