Yummex - the new name for Sweets and Snacks Middle East

The successful sector show run as a joint venutre between Koelnmesse (organisers of ISM) and the Dubai World Trade Centre (organisers of Gulfood) Sweets and Snacks Middle East has been rebranded for 2016 as Yummex.

A UK pavilion stand featured at the show for the first time in October 2015 with 6 UK companies taking part.  We were thrilled that UK exhibitor Joe and Seph's Gourmet Popcorn won Best New Snacking Product at the show's Innovations Awards for their Double Salted Caramel popcorn.

The pavilion was full of innovation and delicious products, showcasing just how strong the UK is in this sector.  Gummy candy from Candy Kittens, beautiful chocolate from the family run Duke of Delhi, traditional hard candy from The Original Candy Co, popcorn in many different flovours from Savoury and Sweet and delicious Middle Eastern sweets from Hiva Sweets.
