 The food export calendar has been nonstop since the beginning of the year. The influx of new exhibitors to our trade shows this year demonstrates the popularity of exhibitions as a means of getting product to market.

ISM, the world's leading confectionery and snacks show, has always featured one of our largest pavilion stands.  This year we extended the pavilion to make room for the 17 new companies who wanted to join.  One of our repeat exhibitors, Stockley's Sweets, said of the show, 'This is our fourth time attending ISM, and from a standing start, not having an export market to speak of, we now have in excess of more than 20 overseas customers'. ISM is a must-attend show for anyone in the sweets and snacks business.

Smaller UK Pavilions took place in San Francisco for Winter Fancy Food, Nuremberg for Biofach and Tokyo for Foodex.

Looking ahead, plans for a huge pavilion at SIAL in Paris are well underway with over 80 companies already signed up.  There are a few stands left, so please get in touch immediately if you are interested.

Away from exhibition halls, the team will be heading down to Exeter to project manage the Exeter Festival of South West Food and Drink.  Now one of the most successful food festivals in the country, it's a great day out over May Day bank holiday weekend.  Find out more here.
