The World's Largest Food Show - Anuga

2019 sees the return of the world’s largest tradeshow for food and drink, Anuga Cologne.  Taking place 5-9 October, the UK pavilion is now full and is set to be full of new, innovative and exciting products.

Anuga attracts over 165,000 visitors from all corners of the globe.  Taking over the whole of the exhibition centre, Kolnmesse, the vast tradeshow really is the global meeting place for the food and drink industry.  This is the must attend event of 2019 for businesses looking to grow their export sales.

To make the show easier to navigate, it is split into sector halls.  The UK pavilion has stands in Fine Food, Dairy and Drinks hall, along with stands in Bakery and Frozen. 

Below, we highlight a few of the delicious products on this year’s UK pavilion:

• Atkins and Potts Ltd – launch vegan condiments to the world at Anuga. Traditionally made with egg, butter and cream they have replaced these ingredients with natural plant-based alternatives.
• Winners of three Great Taste Awards’ gold stars, Lilley's Cider will be sampling 20 different ciders including their new fruit flavoured ciders:  Pineapple, Cherries & Berries and Chocolate Apple.
• Delicious cakes and biscuits from Huffkins. They will be sampling their utterly scrumptious handmade luxury fruitcakes and farmhouse cakes and melt in the mouth hand-made all butter shortbreads all made with Cotswold flours.
• Luxury chocolate brand, Coco Chocolatier, are looking for distributers for their range of chocolate bars, drinking chocolate, truffles, gift collections and their luxury advent calendar.
• Symington's Ltd will be sampling their Naked Rice Katsu Curry SKU which won Snack Pot Product of the Year 2019 in the Consumer Survey of Product Innovation.
